Process: Clean, Sand, Prime(2 coats to fill oak grain), caulk, sand. 2 coats of enamel sprayed.

Hardware Change: Handles to Knobs, Filled unused holes

Process: Pressure wash, scrape, caulk/re caulk, fill Holes, sand, prime where necessary. 2 coats of exterior paint: SW Duration Low Lusture

Siding: SW Grays Harbor

Trim: SW Pure White
